When can I expect to see the new kits each month?
We release all new art kits on the last day of each month at 10 p.m. PST. In the event that day is on a Sunday or holiday we move to the next day.  We do reserve the right to release kits on any day of the month. We may do this at random at any given time.
 

How do I purchase an art kit?
One of two ways. You may either click on the link from the Kits dart page or you may click on The Shoppes link and then click on kits, and select the appropriate month.

What forms of payments does Bad Girls accept?
We accept PayPal only. You may use your major credit card, check or your PayPal account. We also accept US and Foreign Cashiers Checks. Please contact us to make special arrangements at: info@badgirlskits.com

When will my kits ship?
All kits ship between the 10th and 14th of the month. Sundays and Holidays will result in later shipping dates.
 

How much is US Shipping?
When you make a kit purchase you will be charged $8.70 flat rate shipping. For each additional kit you purchase you will be charged $2.00.
If you wish to purchase multiple kits or store items, proceed to do so and we will figure your shipping and make any adjustments as necessary.

Do you ship to International Destinations?
We certainly do. We ship to every country in the world via USPS Priority International. You will be sent a separate invoice based on your package weight and destination.

My Credit Card was declined now what?
You will be contacted by us to settle your balance. You have 5 days to do so. If not, then we reserve the right to cancel your Auto Ship and to refuse future service.

What if I receive a damaged package?
When your package leaves our offices it has been very carefully packed for its trip to you. In the unfortunate event you receive your package in less than perfect condition and your contents are damaged we will issue a call tag to pick up your goods and upon inspection we will either issue a replacement or a Gift Certificate to the Bad Girls Store.

What are the deadlines to pay International Shipping and Auto Ship bills?
You have a very generous 15 days to pay for your bills from the day that they are issued. After that time, you will start to incur a $15.00 per month storage fee. Once 3 months has past and we still have not received payment we will donate your merchandise to a good cause.
If you are on Auto Ship you will be notified of nonpayment and your Auto Ship will be canceled.

I notice the Main Kit is always Sold Out. How do I obtain this kit?
You may join the waitlist for Auto Ship by contacting us at: info@badgirlskits.com. Please include your full name, address, and email address. We will contact you when a spot becomes available.

What exactly is your Auto Ship Program?
We have two Auto Ship programs to help our loyal customers who don't want to have to worry about getting kits on a regular basis. This program guarantees that your kits will be set aside each month before we add them to the general inventory for public sale. These are the two programs we offer:

Auto Ship All: This program is for the discriminating customer who wishes to have all that BAD GIRLS has to offer each month. They will receive all kits that we release each month.

Auto Ship Main: This program is for the customer who wants the guarantee that they will have a Main Kit each month.
