When can
I expect to see the new kits every month?
We will have the reveal of our new kits every month on the 1st.
How do I purchase a kit?
You sign up for a 3 or 6 month membership
here.
When will my subscription begin?
Your subscription will begin immediately if that months kit is in
stock. If not, you will begin to receive your kits the following
month. In order to get the current months kit, all
subscriptions need to be paid for between the 1st and 5th. Any
subscriptions purchased after the 5th of the month will be charged
immediately to hold your subscription spot, but will begin with the
following months kit. Example: If you purchase a subscription on
July 15th, you're subscription will begin with the August kit.
What form of payments does BAD GIRLS accept?
We accept Pay Pal. You can use any major credit card, debit card, or
your Pay Pal account.
When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will be billed on the same day each month as the
day you first signed up. So, if you signed up on 20th of the month,
then that will remain your billing date for the duration of your
subscription.
When will my kit ship?
Your kit will ship via United States Post Office, Priority Mail,
between the 10th and 13th of the month.
Do you ship Internationally?
We most certainly do! Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
My card was declined...now what?
You will have 5 days to resolve any declined payments. Please notify
us immediately and supply BAD GIRLS with another form of payment. If
we do not hear from you within this time period, your subscription
will be relinquished to another waiting member.
In addition to my monthly kit, I want to purchase add on kits or
items from the store. Will I be charged additional shipping?
No. You can purchase all the extras you want with no additional
shipping
Can I skip kits?
BAD GIRLS has a no skip policy.
What if I receive a damaged package?
We take additional care in the packaging of your kits to ensure a
safe trip to you, but in the event that the Post Office has been
less than kind, we will issue a call tag for your damaged kit and
get a replacement out to you if that kit is not Sold Out. If it is
then we will refund your money and extend your membership by one
month.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
We hope you don't ever need to do this, but in the event that you
do, we charge a $15.00 cancellation fee plus the cost difference
between the kits you got versus the single kit cost.
How do I renew my subscription?
You will automatically receive a renewal notice when your term is
up. |
